Allergens - Information for Consumers Pursuant to EU Regulation 1169/2011, customers who have food allergies are informed that, in this establishment, foods may be served that can contain ingredients classified as "allergens" (listed in the table) or that may contain traces of them. The customer concerned is kindly asked to request information from the staff, who will provide exhaustive guidance regarding the ingredients of each individual preparation served.
