Allergens — Information for consumers In compliance with EC Regulation no. 1169/2011, we inform customers who suffer from food allergies that, in this establishment, food may be served that contains ingredients classified as "allergens" (listed in the table) or that may contain traces of them. Please ask the staff for full details about the ingredients in each individual preparation served. The list of foods considered allergens is contained in Annex II of Legislative Decree 109/92 and is subject to updates. The following is the list valid as of today. Koch), Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia) and related products; Celery and related products; Mustard and related products; Sesame seeds and related products; Sulfur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations higher than 10 mg/kg or mg/l expressed as SO2; Lupin and products based on lupin; Molluscs and products based on molluscs.
