Allergens - Information for consumers In accordance with EC Regulation No. 1169/2011, customers who have food allergies are informed that, in this establishment, foods are served that may contain ingredients classified as "allergens" (listed in the table) or that may contain traces of them. The customer concerned is kindly asked to request information from the staff, who will provide clear indications regarding the ingredients of each individual preparation served. The list of foods considered allergens is contained in Annex II of Italian Legislative Decree 109/92 and is subject to updates. The following is the list valid as of today. Koch ), Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia) and derived products; Celery and derived products; Mustard and derived products; Sesame seeds and derived products; Sulfur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations above 10 mg/kg or mg/L expressed as SO2; Lupin and lupin-based products; Molluscs and mollusc-based products.
